About us
Our name says what we do: “narmafzor” is the Tajik word for software. We build it carefully, in the languages our users speak, and we stay responsible for it long after launch.
Our story
Narmafzor has been on the market since 2018. It began as the software practice of its founder, Mirqurbon Naimov, who worked as an individual entrepreneur under the DonishSoft brand — building websites and information systems for organisations in Tajikistan, and later his own products: the VozhaOmuz learning app and the KOR.TJ job portal, published in the App Store and Google Play in 2024 and used by tens of thousands of people.
As the portfolio grew to information systems for public institutions, a donor-funded programme, financial organisations and education centres, clients needed a partner with a corporate legal form for contracts, tenders and long-term support. On 2 October 2026 the practice was incorporated as Narmafzor LLC.
The founder starts commercial software development as an individual entrepreneur (DonishSoft brand).
VozhaOmuz and KOR.TJ are launched in the App Store and Google Play.
Portfolio expands to government, donor-funded, financial and education projects; eKadr and Chatomate are launched.
Narmafzor LLC is registered in Dushanbe and takes over the practice’s projects and products.
