2. Scope
This policy applies to the website narmafzor.tj and to communication with us by email, phone and messengers. Software products we develop for clients are governed by the client’s own privacy policy; our own applications publish separate policies in their app store listings.
3. Data we collect
We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.
- Data you provide when you contact us: name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Technical data recorded automatically by the web server: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request and the pages requested.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not transfer your data to font or analytics providers.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
- responding to your enquiries and preparing proposals — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest;
- concluding and performing contracts — on the basis of the contract;
- ensuring the security and availability of the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest;

Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident. Correspondence is kept for up to three years after our last contact, and contract documents for the periods required by law.
Requests sent through the contact form are kept in our website management system on our own server; the IP address and browser details saved with a request to prevent abuse are deleted after 30 days.
8. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control, regular updates and backups. Access to personal data is limited to employees who need it for their work.
9. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent and object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@narmafzor.tj. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to apply to the authorised state body or to a court.
