The challenge
Young people in Tajikistan searched for work through scattered Telegram channels and word of mouth, while employers had no simple way to reach students and graduates or to publish inclusive vacancies.
Our solution
We built a trilingual portal with a résumé builder, filtered vacancy search, employer pages and in-app messaging, plus native-feeling iOS and Android apps. Dedicated categories highlight internships, student jobs and jobs for people with disabilities.
