The challenge
Citizens looking for work had to collect information about state employment services from different offices and sources. The agency needed one official place that explains every service in plain language and leads people to the right next step.
Our solution
We built a bilingual government website with service pages for each programme, a job-fair calendar filtered by region and month, a library of laws, a directory of regional offices and a news section managed by the agency’s staff. Service tiles link directly to the KOR.TJ vacancy portal and to vocational training at kasb.tj, forming one state employment ecosystem.
