An everyday personal assistant: tasks, habits, money, projects and a journal in one app. Say one sentence in Tajik, Russian or English and LifeAPP turns it into expenses, income and tasks by itself. It works offline, and with an account it syncs devices and brings partners together in teams with shared projects and wallets.

The challenge

To manage tasks, habits and money people juggle three or four apps, nearly all of them in English. Entry is tedious: every expense or task goes through a form, so people soon give up. No app offers a Tajik interface or understands Tajik speech, and courses and small businesses lack a simple way to track plan vs actual for each cohort and keep a shared wallet with a partner.

Our solution

We built LifeAPP end to end: a Flutter app for Android and iPhone that keeps everything on the phone and works offline, and a Go server for accounts, sync and teams. Voice capture understands mixed speech: Russian and English on the phone, plus Tajik in the cloud through Google Gemini. One sentence becomes several records with amounts, categories, accounts and dates. We added home-screen widgets, a guided tour on first launch, and plans paid through Alif on the website or as an App Store subscription.
