The challenge
The project team tracked dozens of contracts, contractors and indicators across disconnected spreadsheets. Preparing reports for the donor took days, exchange-rate differences were calculated by hand, and field engineers had no reliable way to submit data from sites without internet.
Our solution
We delivered a secure web system with a clean architecture, configurable approval workflows and automatic risk "red flags", plus an offline-first mobile app with encrypted local storage for field surveys. The system went through independent static, dependency and dynamic security scanning with full remediation, and runs in containers with monitoring and alerting.
