The challenge
The centre’s original PHP system had become hard to maintain and slow, while the number of students kept growing. Administrators needed reliable finance reports and teachers needed a simple daily tool.
Our solution
We rewrote the CRM on .NET and React with role-based access for administrators, moderators and teachers, and migrated all historical data with an idempotent import. The new system adds SMS notifications, an audit log and Excel exports.
